Spacious three-bedroom apartment will provide you maximum comfort near the beautiful beaches, 10 minutes driving from Split.
Two bedrooms are with king size bed and one with single bed plus second as option. Total size of apartment is 100 m2 plus two terraces each with 25 m2. Apartment has it's own entrance and is very well equiped, including A/C, washing machine, dish washer, oven, stove, smart tv, playstation 3, internet.
Kitchen and living room are very comfort with more than 30 square meters and are physically devided from bedrooms. Parking is in the front of house.
There is a swimming pool in the yard and a small summer house with barbecue used only by those who rent an apartment. Despite this, the pool is not completely private as parents live on the ground floor and house rules need to be followed.
Apartment is located in trendy municipality Podstrana near the beautiful beaches and promenades along the river Zrnovnica, under the slopes of Mount Perun.
The 360 degrees view from two sheltered terraces will fuse you with the true Mediterranean, on the one hand picturesque hill covered with pine trees, which in turn becomes a peach orchard and later the sea.
