Excellent holiday in a beautiful property

Arky is a beautiful home from home. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and pillows, great Aircon and everything that you need for your holiday. Pool is a great addition, benefiting from steps into it rather than a ladder. Owner was very attentive to the pool and came in early morning to clean it every day. The outside area has many different seating areas so you always have somewhere to sit in the sun or shade if you prefer. The owners, Goran and Silvana met us on arrival and showed us around and were fantastic hosts, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Always available if we needed anything. Even cooked us a BBQ. 🤩Goran is a musician and plays in the Square outside Luxor Restaurant in the old town. We had two lovely night there listening to him play and watching the dancers. I would highly recommend Arky, we had two great weeks there and were very sorry to leave.

Unforgettable stay.

Owners were super friendly, helped us out with recommendations and planning. Was convenient with shops just down the road and decent beach not too far away. Bed and other facilities were top notch no complaints.

Amazing place, beyond expectations!

The hosts were amazing & very welcoming, never felt so welcome in an accomodation. They even left us beer, wine, fruit & snacks as a welcoming gift. Besides that they helped us with the barbecue. We would love to come back!

Fabulous - highly highly recommend!

Amazing place - everything we needed was there. It was like a home from home. Lovely indoor and outdoor space. Just perfect. Great location for exploring the region. We went to Split, Trogir, Krka and Omis, as well as having a couple of relaxing pool/beach days. Hosts Goran and Silva were amazing and so very kind. They were there if you needed anything and it was obviously very important to them that their guests have everything they need and enjoy their stay. They cooked us an amazing meal on the BBQ and we spent a lovely evening with them. A-MAZ-ING! ❤️❤️

Super hosts, Amazing apartment and we hope to be back soon!

Goran and Silva met us on our arrival and showed us around the property. They knew we would be tired after our journey and had laid out a welcome platter of meat, cheese, bread, salad, fruit, etc.. and stocked the fridge with cold drinks, a bottle of wine, and some ice cream for our son. They went out of their way the entire stay to make sure that we had a wonderful experience and the apartment was beyond all our expectations! Goran, you are an amazing musician and we were lucky enough to listen to you at several concerts during our stay in the surrounding area. Silva, thank you for all your fresh produce from the garden that you shared with us throughout our stay.

Really quality house with private pool, terrace and garden with tomatoes and peppers that you Can Pick when you need it.

Super nice newly renovated House at the Ground floor in a 2 storage building with private entrance. The tenants Silvana and Goran are a sweet sweet married couple who lives on the first floor. You are given as much privacy as you want and they will go to the end of the world to make your stay fantastic. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has 2 large bedrooms with TV, plenty of closet space and aircondition. A Big new bathroom with shower, toilet, Washing machine, zink and hairdryer. Next to the big bathroom is an extra bathroom with toilet and zink. The living room also has air conditioning, a couch, dining table and fully equipped kitchen, with fridge and freezer. From the living room and one of the bedrooms there is exit to the terrace from where there is view to the garden where you can pick vegetables during your stay. Super beautiful pool area with a Private pool with sun beds, tables, grill and outdoor kitchen. We loved staying here and We are definitely coming back

Exceptional

Goran and Silva are the most friendly and accommodating people we have ever met. Firstly their apartment is spectacular! It has everything you'd ever need to make your stay special. Every detail is first class from the very clean pool, the vegetable garden you can gain vegetables from to the outstanding view. It is a very clean and spacious apartment with all commodities required. We now consider Goran and Silva friends in such a short time as they catered to everything we could want, from driving us places throughout our stay to lovely gifts of wine, beer and ice cream on arrival. They invited us to spend lunch with them and they cooked a beautiful traditional Croatian lunch of fresh fish and salads. It was a lovely afternoon spent with lovely people. But they will always be in our hearts as they made our engagement that extra special by helping me with plan a surprise for my now fiance and capturing the moment for us. To our new friends we will always be grateful. We will be recommending Arky to all our friends and family and cannot wait for our next visit. A holiday we will never forget for a lot of good reasons.

Exceptional

We spent 8 days on this beautiful place. Apartment was very nice and clean - everything perfect, but what was the best advantage about it was the private terrace with own pool and fireplace. We were enjoyin the complete privacy on the terrace during days and nights as well, including a view to the sea - not very wide, but still there was. Our host was total laid-back guy, fulfilling all our needs and wishes we even imagined. We were very thankful to him and his wife. One day we had an amazing trip climbing the hill behind the house. One can get on the top using pedestrian trail or an awesome via ferrata. And the view was incredible!! I really recommend to go there. We are definitelly going to visit Arky apartment again.

Lugar excelente para unos días de vacaciones

La excelente amabilidad de los propietarios nos hizo sentir como dn casa. La casa está situada en una zona muy tranquila, cerca de todo. Las camas son muy cómodas, dormimos de fábula. La zona exterior es muy agradable. Pudimos comer tomates del pequeño huerto que tienen lis propietarios y estaban buenísimos. En definitiva, si volvemos por la zona, repetiremos.

전용 수영장, 바베큐 그릴, 주차장을 갖추고 있는 완벽한 숙소입니다. 스플리트 중심가까지는 차로15분정도 거리에 있고 근처 Stone beach에 식당가가 있어 조용하게 바다를 바라보며 식사를 할수 있었습니다. 대형 슈퍼마켓(Tomny) 이 근처에 있고 텃밭에서 로즈마리,방울토마토 등 야채들 따먹을수 있어 스테이크 바베큐를 조리해먹었습니다. 주인장 내외가 아주 칠절하시고 헤어질때 마그네틱기념선물도 주시고 시원한 맥주,와인,스넥을 무료로 준비해 주셨습니다.

CASA FANTÁSTICA

Casa cerca de la playa del pueblo de Podstrana. Además, los servicios inmejorables, tanto la cocina, barbacoa y piscina. Por otra parte, nos dejaron como productos de bienvenida, fruta, patatas fritas, vino y bebida fría en la nevera (cervezas y agua). Los anfitriones son majísimos y siempre ofreciendo ayuda para que nos encontrásemos cómodos en el alojamiento. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir.

Meraviglioso! Consiglio tantissimo

Tutto perfetto e davvero bellissimo. Nulla da invidiare alle ville molto più costose affianco. Inoltre Goran è stato di una gentilezza unica oltre ad essere stato davvero molto disponibile e simpatico. La casa era bellissima, bagno ampio e luminoso e la piscina ottima per rilassarsi al sole.
