About this apartment rental
This stunning 1,000 sq ft condo is a 5 Star property located 250 feet above the beach. It is located within walking distance to three 5 star hotels at the Dana Point Headlands (The Strand). The oceanfront patio and living room have fabulous coastal views. This is the best that it gets!. You can relax on the patio with a drink, watch and listen to waves and if you are lucky, see the dolphins playing in the surf. In the evening, watch the sunset over the ocean. We are one of just six exclusive vacation rentals with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean in Dana Point. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to look at other available dates.
The Contemporary has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed leading out to the second patio and the second, with a king bed. The unit has two full baths, one with a marble spa like bath tub and shower and the second, with a luxurious shower. The unit is located on the second floor.
The front PATIO has a stunning ocean view which leads into the great room with an open kitchen and dining area facing the ocean. The open dining area has a table and 4 chairs. There is also a second large patio (200 square foot) with a barbecue, table for four and sun recliner.
The unit overlooks Strands Beach - just 1/4 mile south of the famed Ritz Carlton Hotel and Salt Creek Beach Park, and is located adjacent to the path to the beach on top of the bluff. It is very quiet, peaceful and safe. It is truly one of the most unforgettable spots you will ever find. The condo is furnished impeccably and has everything you could need for a vacation...You may think you are staying at the Ritz Carlton. ...just bring your toothbrush. It is in a fourplex with two other rental units available..

We stayed here for four nights in-between our son’s swim meets. It was beautiful! If you want a break from reality I’d recommend coming here, having a cup of coffee (or wine) on the patio as it overlooks the beach. It was beautiful! You can hear the waves from your bedroom. The property manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The beach is walking distance from this condo, we would load up our items and spend hours on the beach. We can’t wait to go back!

Spent the last 4 days at this wonderful condo. You truly cant get a condo with better views. The accommodations were wonderful as well and the king size master bed was fabulous. The experience was so wonderful we are hoping to come back for a month next year.
