About this house rental
Welcome to your retreat to a 3,600 sq ft furnished home in a desirable oceanfront, gated community! Looking for a monthly renter for a minimum of 31 days from 3/1/25 on. There are 24-hour gate guards, private beach parking & access to popular Strands Beach which is located next to Salt Creek Beach. New central air conditioning! 1 min walk to community pool, jacuzzi, saunas, tennis & pickleball courts, tot-lot & park with BBQs. 1 min drive (10 min walk) inside the community to the ocean bluff top & to the beach. We are next door to The Ritz and the new Waldorf Astoria which have golf courses, spa facilities & restaurants.
Walk into town to the new Dana Point Promenade restaurants, cafes, galleries, shops, and salons - to the local festivals, Farmers Market, and Dana Point Harbor including baby beach, fishing excursions, whale watching, day-tripping to Catalina, and many excellent dining opportunities from breakfast to late night. Most attractions are minutes away, and Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the city. There is a complimentary trolley during the summer months. Pets are allowed. There is a $100 per pet fee. Pets must be pre-approved. Please select the number of pets at the time of reservation. Failure to disclose pets can result in a cancellation.
