Peaceful, tranquil yet close to everything

An absolute delight. Visually, it's a quirky, eclectic and uniquely stylish place that the owners have built themselves over many years. It's the way it feels that made our stay so special. Everything reflects the deep love of the place that Daniela and Willie have. If you need swimming pools and nightlife maybe it's not for you. If you want a calm environment that lets you decompress and enjoy nature, book in here! And the breakfast is so good. All the usuals are there - fruit, granola, cooked options etc are all excellent quality - but the homemade bread is next level. Probably the best accommodation experience of our two weeks in SA.

Nothing

Perfect location, relaxed environment, serene views from the room, lots of animals, homely repurposed decor, tea/coffee facilities provided, lovely communal spaces, good selection of drinks, off grid and ecologically minded. A really nice soap was provided. Our room also had a perfect balcony we had sunrise and the moonrise too! Wish we had more time to really relax at Villa Villekula as it felt like a piece of heaven after our travels.

Veggie food was really good but missing a protein source. It was a bit noisy (mattress/floorboards) and could hear from communal areas, luckily we were surrounded by mindful guests.
