It was like a dream! We were practically alone there with the two cats and the chanting birds.
The place is so peaceful and fits beautiful into the surroundings.

This is the most incredible place. As soon as you enter you feel calm and relaxed. Breakfast was great. Thanks for the lovely evening fires. The massages were lovely set in a private hut in the garden watching all the wildlife. We loved everything about it - the building. The art. The garden. All very tastefully laid out. We were worried we would be isolated away from Plettenberg but its a short drive to really lovely places and great restaurants and we preferred to be out of Plettenberg which was more touristy. It was one of the highlights of our trip (and we had many). We felt safe and really looked after and the price was very reasonable. Thanks to everyone who made our stay great.
There is nothing to dislike. The road to the spa is a little bumpy but nothing our basic car could not handle. There are two bedrooms and we got the smaller one but it was really comfortable and very private.
