Room was clean, plenty of towels and had clearly been updated in recent years. Small pond on the property.
The exterior did not match the clean interior. You shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. A quick fix would be cleaning the windows to be able to enjoy the view.

Inexpensive option in Saranac lake. Basic amenities. Check in was easy and convenient.

It was evident some updates had been done such as new air conditioning system. New refrigerator, new carpeting. Keyless entry and online check in and check out was nice.
The furniture in the room was quite old and scratched, the heat vents in the bathroom were all rusty, the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. With one minute being hot and the next being cool. The bed was hard and the pillows were not fluffy at all. The walls must be paper thin because I could hear everything from the room next-door.
