The location was great, there were buses everywhere nearby. The staff was such a helpful guy that he helped us for almost everything, even recommended many things to do. The flat had everything we needed, we could cook easily and did our laundry. The A/C was working properly. We stayed for a week and didn't have any security problems, either. It's a great place for families and couples.
The flat wasn't clean enough, so the staff brought us some cleaning materials and we cleaned it again on the first day. We couldn't use the lift since it was too old and dangerous, maybe they can renew it for the future customers as a whole building.

It was very nice cosy apartment. It had all amenities. Also it was on very good location. Everything in the center was very close.
Hard to say if anything lacked. Everything was fine.
