Overall the apartment left a good impression. I spent there a few days. There was everything that I needed, even a small board for ironing. AC worked fine, shower water pressure was good, bed was comfortable and there were a lot of spaces (shelves etc) to put my stuff onto. Location is nice, there are a number of supermarkets, bakeries and cafes nearby. Also the apartment is on the second floor (the next one from the ground), which is good. The host handles everything great, responsive and caring. We communicated in English. So, I definitely would stay again.
The only minor thing I can think of is that the Wi-Fi router is a little moody and you need to reconnect to the network a number of times. At least that was my experience from a laptop.

Location - 5 minutes from Kalenic (the green market, restaurants, the bank) and also 5 minutes from the city public transportation .
