Apartment was exceptional,locatio n perfect , spacious , clean , all amenities are there , very bright but also if you want there are shades , air conditionig working great , very comfortable bed as well as sofa and armchair in living room , all together great place to stay. Our host Peca waited for us even though we came at 10 pm and he was there to help us with everything.
We kindly recommend this place for short or longer stay in Belgrade.

Wonderful luxurious fully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in the center of Belgrade. Immaculately clean. Very helpful owner. Excellent value for money. STRONGLY recommended.

Vlasnik se potrudio da lepo opremi i uredi stan, što je za pohvalu.
Nismo imali zamerku na čistoću i sadržaje.
Blizina hrama.
Sam objekat bi dobio bolju ocenu ali vlasnik ga kvari.
Mogao sam da dam ocenu 2 ili 3 ali hajde da ne budem pre strog
Vlasnik će vam za svaki dan boravka zaracunati "troškove čišćenja apartmana" što će te dobiti u kao obaveštenje tek posle izvršene rezervacije.
Mislim da se radi o sitnoj prevari kako bi nadoknadi proviziju Bookinga.
Parking će vam ustupiti vlasnik objekta, ali čim izađete postoji mogucnost da vam neko drugi uzme jer, tako da ako ostajete nekoliko dana zaboravite na besplatan parking
Vlasnik koji deluje paranoicno i koji će vam isključiti osigurace za grejanje kako bi uštede struju

The owner is very nice. The apartment is modern and I never ever experienced such a clean place.
It was quiet and very central near the church and Slavija, so you can catch almost every bus.
The bed was really great. I slept so good.
Of If I could mention one thing it is that I would like to have more coffee cups available. 2 for 4 days was a little less. But with two supermarkets around the corner it was fixed in a minute.
