The apartment was very spacious. The furniture was very clean and nice. The location was excellent, right next to Slavija Square, which made transportation very easy. Having a market just across the street was also a big advantage. The apartment was equipped with many useful and functional items. Our host was an amazing person, very helpful and warm. There is parking right in front of the building, but it may not always be available. However, there is a large parking lot nearby, and you can reach the apartment very easily from the back entrance of the parking lot.
The building does not have an elevator, but overall it was still a very comfortable stay.

Location
The shower, tap, and curtain require improvement. The heating was insufficient, particularly during winter, which made it necessary to use the air conditioner for warmth.

The property was the absolutely cutest travel to the 90s in the Balkans, with the wooden floor, doors and window frames, but it was soooo well maintained, it looked fantastic. It was warm when we arrived which we greatly appreciated given it was freezing in Beograd. It was pretty spacious, every room was connected, it was lovely. The beds were comfortable, there is a mattress for everyone - hard ones, softer ones, just pick a bed and sleep comfortably. The location is also amazing as there is public transport to every point in the city within 10 minute walking. The Church of Saint Sava is a 10-minute walk as well and it is absolutely a must to visit, it's very pretty. There is a supermarket store right across the place, so there are options to grab some food for yourself.
We did struggle a bit with the pretty wooden doors and window frames, and we couldn't open the windows to let fresh air in the morning.

Responsiveness of the host (or manager)
Building not clean, photos of another (4 star) apartment were mixed with the ones of the apartment we had access to. We were led to believe we’re renting the more luxurious one! Borderline false advertisement!! WIFI didn’t work, but manager offered to send us another modem
