Friendly and helpful host, easy and free parking right out front, spacious apartment with a big bathroom, everything was very clean. Great location just 5 minute walk to the waterfront and beaches.

A very good accommodation! Quiet area, very close to the beach. Easy access to all points of interest in the city. The owner was very nice, he suggested some unmissable areas around Pescara. He also offered us free bicycles, with their help we explored the city in peace. When we return to Pescara, we will definitely stay here again. I recommend

Great apartment. Clean and well equipped. 10min from the beach, restaurants and shops. When we had questions the owner replied quickly and always was helpful.
