Everything perfect, very clean and nice place, so close to the beach. Balcony view is perfect. The owner is best, very kind and helpful person, she has 2 dogs which are so adorable and lovely. Highly recommend place. Definitely I would come back :)

Location is good, central location in Montesilvano and near the beach. Nice large Balcony with nice view. Sheets and bed very comfortable.
Bathroom shower cubicle is too small. Bathroom Would also be wet often as the room had no extractor fan for the steam. Host has small dogs who can be noisy and aren’t properly trained. They will bark at random hours especially when you are coming in and out of the room. Can be annoying in the evenings when you need quiet.
