Fabrizio, l’host, ci ha accolti dal primo momento con un’attenzione impeccabile. Siamo arrivati al pelo con l’orario di termine del check-in e lui per motivi personali non sarebbe potuto esserci, ma con premura e molta gentilezza mi ha chiamata personalmente per trovare un punto di incontro. La camera era piccola ma nuova e con tutti i comfort necessari, arredamento moderno e molto pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte, la colazione era inclusa e siccome per lo stesso motivo Fabrizio non poteva essere presente alla mattina, ha provveduto a procurarci dei buoni per fare colazione in un bar infondo alla via. Al termine del soggiorno, ci siamo di nuovo sentiti al telefono per parlare di come fosse stato il soggiorno. Complimenti per la struttura e per la cordialità

Het was erg schoon en voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Parkeren bij de accommodatie was prima.
Ontbijt was inbegrepen. De eerste dag was dat zeer uitgebreid met brood, ei, beleg, fruit, etc. Maar de tweede dag was het ontbijt niet mogelijk en kregen we een voucher voor een koffie en croissant ter waarde van €3 in een bar in de buurt. Wilde je iets anders eten of 2 kopjes koffie moest je de rest bij betalen. Best vreemd als je iets boekt waarbij ontbijt is inbegrepen.
Het stadje Montesilvano heeft geen leuke pleintjes of straatjes. Het bestaat uit een hoofdweg met zeer druk verkeer. Niets authentieks.
