I wish the hallway at the lower floor can be somewhat cleaner for our room was at the lower floor where we share the same access to the annex onsen.

部屋・お風呂から観えるロケーション 有明海からもぞむ雲仙岳 最高でした！ また機会があれば宿泊したいです。
１階のお部屋に宿泊しましたが、エレベーターを降りた時に古いホテルによくあるかび臭さが気になりました。

員工質素優越，服務非常貼心，很友善和主動。
住宿環境十分滿意，比相片還要漂亮，公衆浴池出色。食物質素很好，員工會主動幫忙處理某一些食材（e.g. 蟹）。
不論餐廳，聊天室或接待廳都很舒服，最讚是有免費的雪糕和飲品供應。
房內提供的用品都很不錯，有品牌的護膚品和質素得好的洗澡消耗品。還有mask!!!
Overall, 這次是令人驚艷的住宿體驗，很推薦有要求的旅客。
未有發現有什麼不滿，如要勉強說只能挑剔地點有點遠吧，但自駕跟本沒有問題。
