Historic charm meets modern comfort. Chasa 32 is a lovingly restored Engadine house from the 17th century, and during the extensive renovation in 2017, particular emphasis was placed on preserving the historical features of the old farmhouse - while at the same time creating a modern, high-quality interior. The house has comfortable underfloor heating and offers two separate, stacked flats with the same floor plan and similar furnishings and a total area of approx. 190 m². Please note: climbing stairs is required.

ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES:
- 6 bedrooms with double beds (darkened by pleated blinds)
- Each flat has a spacious, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area - fully equipped and cosily furnished. The larger dining area on the upper floor is suitable for up to 12 people, the smaller one for up to 6 people
- 2 large shower bathrooms with double washbasin and 2 separate, spacious WCs - each with washbasin
- 2 televisions with 30-hour comeback TV, DVD player
- WLAN in both flats
- Garden seating area and sunbathing lawn
- Large north-facing terrace with seating (access via the middle bedroom)
- Washing machine and tumble dryer for communal use
- Storage facilities for winter sports equipment and bicycles

DOG-FRIENDLY: Dear four-legged friends, a paradise awaits you here - lots of clear water for drinking, cooling off and splashing around. With a little consideration for people and animals, you can enjoy a level of freedom that is hard to find anywhere else. In winter, there is no road salt and on New Year's Eve only the sound of bells instead of rockets.

MEANS OF TRANSPORT
Guarda is easily accessible by public transport. The train stops at Guarda Staziun on request. From there, the PostBus runs regularly to the Guarda, Cumün stop. A bus-taxi is available after 20:00 with advance booking.

In winter: Non-slip shoes are recommended. If travelling by car, winter tyres are mandatory, four-wheel drive or snow chains are an advantage. There is a car park in front of the village.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Guarda is an authentic Engadine village on a sun terrace with historic houses, tranquillity and pure nature. Hiking trails, bike routes, fireplaces and the Swiss National Park are right on the doorstep. Sports and playground 200 metres from the accommodation.
In winter, top ski resorts beckon, while the Bogn Engiadina wellness centre awaits in nearby Scuol. Restaurants and a daily village shop round off the offer - ideal for relaxation and active holidays.
