Was a great time and the staff was very helpful. Beautiful area and we had a great stay during our ski vacation.

Was clean and very modern, our room housed 5 persons. The sauna and wellness area was very nice.

The deposit wasn’t mentioned as a requirement, so we were caught off guard.

Enjoy the comfort, but do not try to cook.

Wellness area and comfotable beds

The appliances are of good quality, but the the kitchen is very scarce on tools. There is an oven but no ovendish, nespressomachine but no espressocups, no teapot, no whisk, no spatulas (hence the vandalized frying pan), one very tiny cutting board. If you want to use the kitchen, you have to bring tools yourself.

Nice and comfortable stay - recommended.

Had a nice apartment with 2 comfortable bedrooms. Very good breakfast included served by friendly staff. In addition we had free use of saunas which we was really happy to use - clean and nice.

Drying facilities for boots and clothes could have been better.

Superb

The VAYA apartment in Galtür was absolutely lovely • • Check in was friendly an easy. • • We had a great stylish apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen • • Apartment was very clean and perfect for some skiing in Galtür and even Ischgl • • There was a great bakery-service, so you would get fresh bread every morning delivered to your apartment • • Maybe a small issue for some people was the fact that the wellness area is not a “real” sauna area, as all the guests decided to wear either swimsuit, swimming trunks or even their underwear in the shower and in the Finnish sauna. Whether this may derive from the fact that around 90% of guests were from the Netherlands and doing textile-free “authentic” sauna is not very common in this country, will stay unanswered ;-) In any case, if you are looking for a real sauna experience as it is practiced in Scandinavian countries or for example Germany (i.e. textile-free) you might be disappointed. Also, a couple of younger guests did have quite some fun under the shower in the relaxing-area, which made it rather difficult to get a real relaxing atmosphere • • Nevertheless, the wellness area is absolutely nicely designed and a goof way to relax after a day on the slopes • • A stop for the ski-buss is right in front of the apartment and takes you either to the little village Wirl (5 min.) or to the party-village Ischgl (10 min.) • • In any case the VAYA apartment in Galtür was a great place to stay and we enjoyed every day • •

Our awesome stay in VAYA

We were a big family and took a few apartments and we were all really satisfied with the place, (and the receptionist was lovely and very helpful). We highly recommend VAYA residence to everyone!

True luxury. Brand new as of summer 22. Saunas must be great after skiing in winter. Very helpful staff is there around the clock.

Laundry please! No way to wash clothes after hiking or skiing. It literally stinks. also, the location is on the main road, not as the photos may suggest. The view through the window is the next building (good curtains helpful) instead of the Alps.

late checking in and checking out processes. They don’t know your reservation rooms type and they gave me different rooms type that I reserve. they are not professional enough. Absolutely, I highly recommend you to stay away from this bad place.

Etwas weit abgelegen von den Pisten, schwierige Öffnungszeiten de Rezeption, jede Menge Zusatzkosten vor Ort und generell hat die Unterkunft wenig Charme, sehr unbequeme, viel zu weiche Betten

2 badkamers hoewel de ene badkamer wel heel Klein was. Fijne huiskamer Mooie materialen gebruikt

Toilet was heel raar geplaatst hoewel er veel ruimte was. De keuken was slecht geoutilleerd. Geen messen geen eierdopjes geen bakpannen

Gezellige en mooie accommodatie in een fijn dorp met goede voorzieningen.

De locatie was heel mooi. Het ligt rustig en je hebt mooi uitzicht. De skibus stopte ook vlakbij. Het complex is mooi afgewerkt en geeft een luxe gevoel. Het was fijn dat wij in ons 4-6 persoons appartement 2 badkamers hadden. Ook had ons appartement een mooie balkon aan de voorkant, wat gelukkig redelijk sneeuwvrij bleef. De balkons van de slaapkamer konden we niet meer gebruiken vanwege de vele sneeuw die er lag. Het meubilair in de woonkamer was prima. Ook de wellness was mooi verzorgd. Het was ook fijn dat er goede sneeuwruimers lagen bij de entree die iedereen kon gebruiken. Dat was tijdens ons verblijf wel nodig vanwege de sneeuwval.

Hierbij wat tips 1. wij kwamen om 13.00 uur aan en het was onduidelijke waar en hoe we de sleutels moesten ophalen. Wij wisten niet dat de receptie pas om 15.00 uur open zou zijn. Misschien duidelijker vermelden bij de informatie online. 2. De kledingkast in mijn slaapkamer mistte een plank. Ik had geen ruimte om mijn kleding weg te leggen. Ik heb het uiteindelijk in de keuken kastjes gedaan. Ik had ook maar 3 kledinghangers ( de andere kamers ook). Dit is echt te weinig. 3. De badkamer en wc waren echt veel te warm. De temperatuur mag echt een stuk lager. 4. In de kleine badkamer was er geen spiegel, alleen een vergrootspiegel. Dit is echt onhandig. Plak gewoon een grote spiegel op de muur er is ruimte zat. Nu moesten we onze make up en haar in de hal doen, waar het donker en smal is. 5. Een haakje in de badkamer om je kleding aan op te hangen. 6. De keuken inrichting is echt summier. Geen bakpannen of hapjespan of keukengerei om een fatsoenlijke maaltijd te maken voor een groep personen. 7. wellicht een bankje of stoel op de overloop bij de lift waar je op kunt zitten om je snowboots aan te doen. Nu staat iedereen zijn schoenen aan te doen in dat krappe halletje bij de trap links. Er wonen daar 2 gezinnen en die hal staat vol met schoenen omdat je het binnen schoon wilt houden. We hebben ook geen veger of dweil om het binnen schoon te houden. 8. De regels van de wellness werden niet gehandhaafd, er liepen constant kleine kinderen in en uit. De ouders hadden een handdoek tussen de deur gedaan. Maar als je daar naakt zit is dat niet echt prettig.

Die Lage am Ortsrand war sehr gut. Die Wohnung an sich war auch schön.

Wochen zuvor wurde mehrfach um das Beziehen des Bettes im Wohnbereich gebeten. Dies wurde auch zugesagt. Auch bei der Ankunft wurde dies bejaht. Beim Eintreffen fanden wir kein gerichtetes Bett vor. Die Matratze auf dieser ausziehbaren Couch wies einen riesigen Urinfleck auf. Einfach nur ekelig. Die Matratze wurde dann sofort gewechselt. Die Böden in den Bädern wiesen Flecken auf. Nach abreiben mit Toilettenpapier wurden auch hier Urinflecken sichtbar. Die Wasserglas am Waschbecken wiesen noch Zahnpastareste auf. Kurz und knapp ....ob hier gereinigt wurde nach dem vorherigen Gast ? Es sah nicht so aus! 129 Euro kostet die Endreinigung ..... ein Witz! Ansprechpartner sind auch nur mühsam zu finden. Fazit....einmal und nie wieder!

Gezin met drie kinderen

Twee badkamers erg fijn, mooie buitenterras, mooie welness

Apparatuur in keuken vraagt onderhoud. Het appartement heeft slaapplekken voor 8 personen, echter de keukeninventaris is voor ongeveer voor vier personen. Weinig glazen en bestek. Daarnaast wel twee grote pannen, een tussenmaat zou handig zijn.

Heerlijke plek om te genieten van de Oostenrijkse bergen

We kregen een kamer met twee slaapkamers en twee douches. Daarover gesproken, en de bedden en de douches waren heerlijk. Genieten. Heel fijn en ruim terras aan de oostkant (kamer 5) wat betekende dat we heerlijk, op het terras, bij een opkomende zon, konden ontbijten. Kamer is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Keuken is prima en helemaal compleet. We hebben een paar maal gebruik gemaakt van de heel fijne sauna. De Silvretta kaart is echt toegevoegde waarde.

Eigenlijk was alles prima.

Sauber und gut ausgestattet, Preis-Leistung sehr gut.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten zwei Balkone mit tollen Stühlen. Die Betten waren recht bequem. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, die Busse kann man mit der Gästekarte kostenlos nutzen. In der Tiefgarage gibt es Wallboxen, um Elektroautos zu tanken.

Die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig. Drumherum gibt es auch viele Felder, die leider mit Gülle besprüht wurden. Kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür, aber damit muss man rechnen.

VAYA Galtur

Bohužel nehodnotím VAYA Residence Galtür, ale VAYA Galtür, protože jeden den před příjezdem jsme byli přesunuti do centra Galtur. Zřejmě lepší hotel, ale bohužel bez předchozí dohody (tel/mail). Na místě nám jen řekli, že měli více rezervací než pokojů, naše rezervace byla rok stará. Dostali jsme 2 pokoje jeden v přízemí a druhý v 1. patře. Oba pokoje krásné, ale pokoj v přízemí trochu nešťastně umístěný, museli jsme procházet skrz restauraci (v županu nebo v lyžařském) a tím rušit hosty u snídaně nebo večeře. V pokoji v 1. patře byla každé ráno cca v 5:00 slyšet hlasitá hudba, zřejmě z kuchyně aby se kuchaři probudili :-)
