Perfect location
Perfect location! The staff in the agency were good. They let us check in earlier. We stayed in the ground floor 2 bedroom appointment, which comes with a personal parking space right at the front door. The building is located a few steps from the cabin lift.
The bedrooms and the bathroom were perfect but I didn't like that there wasn't a sofa in the kitchen. There is just a dining table with 4 very uncomfortable dining chairs. The apartment is refurbished with new furniture, and it looks better than on the photos.
We were unlucky to stay while there was an extremely noisy building work on the same floor.
The agency didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

The apartments were located right next to the ski lift. It was possible to ski down to the door of the house. The beds were comfortable, the towels were of high quality.
It was not easy to find an office where you could get the keys. We were not given information about the conditions for placing garbage, so we had to walk around the city with garbage bags in our hands and look for a container that is not locked. Note that there is no dishwashing liquid, dishwashing sponge, or cloth to wipe the table with in the apartments. Of course, there is no salt, no sugar, no oil either. Pots and pans do not have lids. The service provider is lazy in responding to emails and messages.

The location was excellent. really close to the lift, and not too far from ski school! we loved being at the bottom of the village.
it could do with a sofa/ soft chair - the bigger bedroom easily had space for one - and some larger mugs, but maybe that’s just a British thing! And the cooker was a little temperamental!

The apartment looks better live than on the photos. Location is perfect - close to the gondola and direct access to the slopes. We liked access code - no key is needed to enter.
The equipment is rather poor - we missed some bigger mugs for the tea, rubber pad fot the shoes and mop - without these it's very difficult to keep the aparment clean in the winter.

Apartment is new and spacious. Good location - literally next to the Cassana gondola and 30m from the skibuss stop.
The level of service by the facility manager is abysmal! The facility is not managed by a private owner, but by some "agency" (Erre&Gi). For every phone call I made about any problem, I heard the answer that matters of this kind are handled by a "colleague" and my caller will forward my report to him, after which no one contacted me. This was the case, for example, with the skipasses I ordered - the skipass for the child was 7 days shorter than the passes for parents, and I was assured that for these next 7 days I could pick up a free (Family Week) pass for her at the point of sale of skipasses - however, at this point of sale I was refused, being informed that the skipass for the child must be - from the beginnig - issued for the same period as the skipass for their parent. And despite my notifications, the facility manager, who organized and sold me these skipasses, promised to clarify the matter (the standard response "I will pass on the issue to a colleague who deals with these matters, and he will get back to you"), and then pretended that there was no topic, and in the end I had to deal with the extension of the pass for the child on my own.
For days the WiFi in the apartment did not work - this was finally fixed only after a week of my stay, and in the meantime, after my repeated reminders I received replacement mobile routers, which stopped working after 2 days.
The ski room is a joke - not only is there no heated shoebox, but there are not even enough lockers and hangers (two lockers in total for 8 pairs of shoes, while the property has suites for 20-25 people in total).
The apartment has underfloor heating - no radiator of any kind on which to dry anything.
The apartment is generally clean, but cleaning is "unorthodox" - in the nooks and crannies (for example, at the sink in the bathroom, in the shower stall) a rather thick layer of fungus could be found.

No built in ventilation and therefore a lot of moist and water around windows etc….Missing a sofa table. We only got 1 key for a family of 4. Very slippery walk to the underground ski equipment room. No doormat inside the door entry causing greasy floor.

Sofa which was intended to be used by our kids can not be used by 2 persons. In the end we have managed to sleep 1 adult on that sofa and 1 adult and 2 kids in the normal bed.

Great location - close to centre but quiet with easy access to walking, hiking and ski-ing.
This was a spacious apartment close to the centre but in quiet part of town, which matched our expectations. It is on the ground floor but there is a window door from the kitchen with access outside where you can sit or hang washing.
The appartment is probably in need of some refurbishing, the photos on the website show appartments that have already been refurbished. That said, everything worked and nothing was broken!

It would have been helpful to have hand soap in the bathroom and some washing up liquid in the kitchen, as they weren’t provided. The check in reception is a 12 min walk from the apartment.

Non ci hanno detto il numero dell'appartamento, e arrivati lá abbiamo telefonato (4 minuti dopo aver pagato) per capire dove entrare ... É stata un'impresa risalire alla nostra prenotazione con pagamento appena fatto!

mooi appartement, netjes en prima ligging
mooie ruim appartement voor 4 personen
bij het aanmelden hadden wij een code gekregen v oor de deur maar deze bleek niet te werken omdat het deur systeem kapot was meerdere gezinnen stonden te wachten om het appartement binnen te gaan maar na een hoop gebel kwam iemand kijken die slecht engels sprak en uiteindelijk werd het slot afgeplakt en na 3 dagen gerepareerd
een kamer had hele harde bedden en de andere was wel comfortabel
licht zou in de huiskamer dimbaar mogen zijn, nu was er wel erg veel licht wat we niet gebruikte dit maakte het niet zo gezellig
