Lokalizacja, parking, sposób komunikacji oraz sposób zameldowania/wymeldowania z apartamentu. Jasne i czytelne instrukcje że strony właściciela.
Pomimo że apartament ogłasza się jakoś "z ogrodem" brak możliwości korzystania z ogrodu, nie skoszona trawa, wysokie pokrzywy, pozostawione śmieci, brak mebli ogrodowych. Internet oraz wi-fi nie działa, w telewizorze brak zaprogramowanych kanalow. Na ścianach widoczne nieestetyczne uszkodzenia farby.

Kiedy otworzyliśmy drzwi, na suszarce suszyły się rzeczy. Następnego dnia zabrakło zimnej wody, a w szafce, w której trzymaliśmy naczynia, unosił się zapach stojącej wody. Weranda z nieskoszoną trawą i piaskiem w worku była rozczarowująca.
