The room was spacious and had everything we needed for short stay. Check-in was fast and convenient. Deposit was returned after 7 days as promised.
The neighbourhood and entrance is not welcoming. Contact with the owner was okay but very slow.

It's a nice neighborhood. Residential.
Real life. Excellent butcher.
10 min tram to the center.
The hood is a bit rough. Like people shoot up rough. Had no problems though.
Communication with host could be smoother.
