The check-in process was very smooth and easy. The location is also very good, within walking distance to the city centre, which made sightseeing and getting around very convenient.

The price-to-quality ratio does not match the “luxury” description. The apartment is very small and located on the ground floor right next to the main entrance, which means you can hear people walking by and entering the building. Privacy is limited, as the blinds and windows cannot really be opened without people outside being able to see in. The apartment feels more like a space adapted specifically for short-term rentals rather than a place suitable for longer stays — it resembles a converted utility/storage area rather than a standard apartment. It is fine for a couple of nights, but not ideal for living. The spa area is located in the basement of another part of the building and requires walking through the garage to access it, which is not very comfortable. While it’s a nice amenity to have, the overall quality is quite basic and not what you would expect at this price point.
