Obiekt znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji pod względem komunikacji. Jednak sama okolica nie jest zbyt ładna i spokojna. Mieszkanie jest nieźle wyposażone ale jeżeli ktoś chce tam korzystać z biurek to może mieć problem z bliskością gniazdka.
Zdecydowanie na minus jest zepsuty wężyk prysznicowy który utrudnia komfortową kąpiel. W samej łazience utrzymywał się bardzo intensywny zapach środków czystości który trzeba było przez pierwszy dzień wietrzyć.

Korzystna lokalizacja, parking /bezpłatny/na przeciw budynku, sklep zaraz przy wyjściu z budynku, blisko do przystanku autobusowego i tramwajowego. Chętnie przyjedziemy ponownie.

Gute Lage, Ausstattung ok, Wohnung war sauber, Balkon war schön, Check-In und Check-Out verliefen unkompliziert.
Der ganze Aufenthalt wurde überschattet durch das extreme Quietschen des Bettes, das uns unseren Schlaf geraubt hat. Ein Umzug auf das Schlafsofa war auch nicht möglich, da es in der Mitte durchgebrochen war. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen, bis das Bett und Sofa ersetzt wurden. Eine Unverschämtheit für den Preis.
