Bij een grote regenbui regende het echt binnen in de wasruimte en viel de elektriciteit uit.

Villa molto bella in posizione ottimale per girare l'isola. Piscina riscaldata. 4 camere e 4 bagni. Letti molto comodi. Living room molto ampia. Cucina con ogni cosa necessaria. Grande lavanderia. Parcheggio interno.
Giochi da tavolo a disposizione.
Meriterebbe 10, ma abbiamo dato 8 per alcune cose che non ci sono piaciute, che comunque non hanno danneggiato una bellissima vacanza.
Un lavandino al piano terra non scaricava bene.
Una notte, a seguito pioggia battente e vento forte (forse eccezionale per Lanzarote), dagli infissi è filtrata acqua in salotto, nel corridoio al primo piano e in una camera al primo piano. I proprietari, a cui abbiamo segnalato il fatto, non ci hanno risposto.
Scarse istruzioni sul funzionamento dei condizionatori per riscaldare.
Scarse istruzioni per utilizzare la splendida tv a 80 pollici.

Location and views and very quiet. Lounge and dining area great social space for guests to eat and talk over a meal. The showers and hot water were fantastic. All bedrooms ensuite. The beds were very comfortable. Washing and drying facities. Swimming pool and terraces. Above all Stan our host was brilliant catering for all our needs. Thank you Stan.
Due to poor weather on the island we were a little chilly at times in the villa. We did not have cold weather clothing with us. But there were blankets to keep the cold out. No dressing tables for the ladies to put their face on.

Die Unterkunft ist toll aufgebaut und geräumig.
Leider waren viele Lampen defekt und es gab nur wenige offene Schränke zum verstauen der Kleidung.
Für privat Reisen eine tolle Unterkunft. Bei Geschäftsreisen würde ich von der Unterkunft abraten. Selbst 3 Monate später haben wir immer noch keiner Rechnung bekommen. Der Vermieter reagiert weder auf unsere Anfragen noch auf die Aufforderungen des Kundenservices. Absolutes no Go.
