VILLA MANUELA by Buenavilla

Noise from decorators working on next door property spoilt our stay (sanding 8.30-15.00) all weekdays. However, the property manager (Buenovilla) dealt with it very courteously and promptly and the owners authorised a discount. We very much understood that there was nothing the owners nor managers could do - the property is in a very nice residential neighbourhood and neighbours are fully entitled to have work done on their property. The recognition that it was not ideal for our holiday however was very much appreciated - the presence of a responsible owner and manager would reassure us to book again.

Great location, immaculately clean, fantastic pool and welcome pack very much appreciated

Nothing! Car port maybe a bit narrow for larger cars but this is minor

Pool, size of villa, location, welcome pack, cleanliness throughout, host customer service, comfort, facilities.

Kitchen was a little outdated and dishwasher and washing machine could do with updating.
