Ubytování bylo průměrné – pokoje byly čisté, ale ničím výjimečné. Cena byla poměrně vysoká, i když vzhledem k lokalitě poblíž ledovce Kaprun to lze částečně pochopit.
Největším problémem byla komunikace, protože majitelka mluvila pouze německy, což vedlo k několika nedorozuměním. Dalším nedostatkem byl druhý pokoj, který má skleněné dveře. I když jsou opatřeny závěsem, stále jimi proniká světlo, pokud je někdo na chodbě, což může rušit spánek. Navíc majitelka nám již podruhé nezatopila v kamnech, což v chladnějším počasí nebylo příjemné.
