Amazing location and the apartment. Great owners and helping with everything.

Amazing location in the mountains. The apartment has all the kitchen amenities, cosy and comfortable beds. The owner was very supportive and helped with any problems we had. You can even eat fruits like apple, pears, blueberry, from the garden during summer season. The views from the balcony are amazing. There are different boards games that we loved and used to play every night, which was fun. Also, they give the city tourist card (online) and with that you can reserve discounted/free tours. Make sure to reserve in advance. The owner left some chocolates and a wine, which was a pleasant surprise. In general, the location is great (literally in the middle of Austria) when you come by car, you can easily access nearby places like zell am see, Kaprun mountains, krimml waterfalls etc. Would love to come back again.

Need to mention that the apartment is on the second floor and the balcony is on the side. Basically the entire house is split into different apartments and the apartment we rented doesn’t have access to the front balcony that are shown on the photos. The apartment can fit 6 people, it has 2 bedrooms, but you can only access the bedroom 2 through bedroom 1. This might be a small privacy issue, but it was okay for us.

Decent apartment with nice view not too far from Kaprun and Zell am See

Nice view from the balcony. Welcome gift and local guess pass. No issues with WiFi. Decently equipped kitchen. We didn't have to drive too much to go see Kaprun or Zell am See.

Low ceilings, and specifically one door frame (if you are taller than 1m80 (5'11") you might have to hunch all the time to pass that one). The balcony is long but quite narrow. The pillows are subpar.

Amazing stay at a beautiful holiday home

Amazing location with wonderful views. The host was so friendly and nice to us. It must be magical when it snows there. There was sufficient parking for 2 cars as there are 2 holiday homes. There's a park nearby for kids. It was very close to Zell am See and Kaprun. I think they were within 10 minutes walking distance. The house itself was so clean and tidy. All possible amenities were provided and we had a very cosy stay. Would definitely recommend this for all.

Very well equipped apartment with a super friendly owner.

A very well equipped apartment. It is perfect for a family of four. Great WIFI and a Smart TV with all the essential channels including Netflix. We were skiing in Kitzsteinhorn witch was a 15 min. drive from the apartment by car. The owner is super friendly. She speaks very good English but not admitting it. She made us dinner one night which was amazing.

very nice stay, I can recommend the place to people looking for quite place and families.

the place itself was really nice, peaceful, good terrain to walk around. Space in the apartment: 2 bedrooms + well equipped kitchen + leaving room. Pets allowed, and the hospitality of the owner!! She prepared the dinner for the whole family, which was really exceptional and nice of her.

Peste orice asteptari.

Locatia este superba, dincolo de asteptari, un loc minunat asezat intr-o zona extrem de placuta, inconjurata de natura si de cele mai frumoase locuri. Aparamentul este complet utilat, foarte spatios, cu bucatarie si dining + loc de luat masa afara, la terasa. Am avut parcare acoperita + parcare pentru biciclete in garajul casei. Proprierata este o doamna foarte amabila, placuta si de ajutor.

البيت واسع وحلو وموقعه مره حلو انا حجزت قبل اجي السكن ب 6 شهور وكان الليلة ب 430 تقريباً بس غرفتين النوم تفتح على بعض وبينهم باب فقط لو في ورع بكى فالغرفه الثانيه تحسه في اذنك

تسجيل الدخول وسهولة وصول المنزل كان سهل جدا ، المنزل يقع قريب المناطق السياحيه اقل من 15 دقيقه عن كابرون وزلامسي بالسياره ، المطبخ مجهز من كل شي، اطلالة على الجبال كانت جميله . اشكر المظيفة Josephine على حسن التعامل في وقت الخروج اخبرتنا يمكننا المغادرة في اي وقت نحب

Proper appartement met voldoende ruimte.

Het appartement is heel rustig gelegen. Er is een fijn terras met mooie verse bloemen in de bloembakken. Alles is aan wezig. Handdoeken, keukenhanddoeken, tabletten voor de vaatwasser, ... De kasten in de slaapkamers zijn ruim zodat je alles netjes kan opbergen. Josefine is een heel vriendelijke gastvrouw. Via whatsapp antwoordt ze onmiddellijk op je vragen.

Fantastyczny tydzień na nartach

Ciche, spokojne, przytulne i bardzo ciepłe mieszkanko to dokładnie to o czym marzymy po dniu spędzonym na nartach! Niczego nam nie brakowało, przemiła pani Josefine zadbała o najdrobniejsze szczegóły. Była nawet wiata do parkowania samochodu, dzięki czemu nie tracimy czasu na skrobanie i odśnieżanie auta. Bliskość Kaprun i Zell am see to ogromny plus! Chętnie tam wrócimy!
