Cute apartment in great area, but lacking basic necessities.

The apartment was larger than we expected and was able to comfortably fit our kid in a separate room from us. It was a super cute apartment with two full balconies and very easy to walk to downtown Garmisch, only 10 mins away.

I had to work remotely while I was there and the wifi was awful. The hosts did try to fix the issues, but the wifi kept failing us. The apartment also lacked basic sundries. There was no salt in the kitchen (we ended up buying some and leaving it there), no soap in the bathroom and barely enough toilet paper for our entire stay.

Nice property with a great view. Very rude host.

Nice location in Garmisch, surrounded by mountains. Very beautiful rooms, spacious and clean. Our apartment had a beautiful view of the mountains. Fully equipped kitchen.

The listing says free private parking. But they only have 2 spots for private parking inside the property on both sides of the house. They gave us a page with instructions that said both spaces inside the property are reserved and I should park on the street. But they have only one spot on the street in front of the house which was occupied when we arrived, meaning there was a car parked there. The next house had a parking spot on the street that mentioned it was for the occupants of that house only. Coming from a place where you are fined heavily for parking at the wrong place, we were a bit anxious and called the host. He could not understand English properly and said he will come to the house in 20 minutes. When he came to the house he was super rude and said we can park anywhere on the street. But for us being a family with a kid, it was difficult to park far from the house, as we had a lot of bags. Also how were we supposed to know we can park anywhere on the street, in front of other houses with other occupants, when we specifically saw one spot mentioning it was only for the occupants of the house it was in front of? We finally were able to park on the street in front of another house where it wasn’t mentioned that it was only for the occupants of that house. My main problem was that the host was very rude. I have never come across such a rude host anywhere else. Also the bathroom was very small. They did not provide any handsoap.

Beautiful, cosy holiday home with fabulous views of Zugspitze. You won’t be disappointed.

The views were fab. Location perfect for discovering all southern Bavarian has to offer. Such a cosy apartment, balcony was beautiful.

Only something minor: no cooking oils, coffee, tea, sugar, tinfoil etc. We arrived late and supermarkets closed at 20.00 so had nothing for breakfast next day and also every supermarket closed then on Sunday. So make sure to bring these items with you or do a quick shop before shops closed. Or of course go out for breakfast.

Perfect - well equipped and extremely clean. Everything looked new. or was in perfect condition. The hosts had thought of everything. An easy10 min walk to the town, Hbf and Zugspitzebahn. Getting off at the Hausberg train station was a 2 min walk to the house.

Great option for holidays

Convenient location and very clean apartment tyrolian style. Fully equipped and stylish apartment. I enjoyed relax on two terraces, depends if you prefer sun light or shade.

Our stay was good. I am sorry for the misunderstanding with the proprietor.

The location was good. We could make meals as a family and enjoy the beautiful Bavarian ambiance.

We had some miscommunication with the proprietor the first day but I thought we left on good terms. He insisted that we booked the accommodations for 4 adults and one child (0 years old). I showed him to note received on January 7th, 2025 that we were a family of 4 adults and 2 adult children. He claimed that he hadn't seen that note, even though he gave me the information from booking.com himself. We did not pick up the tourist cards so didn't fill out the forms. We paid in full on April 4th 2025 and the 7% VAT was included.

Quiet comfortable dog-friendly apartment with beautiful views!

Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The decor really fit the Garmisch scene. We enjoyed the outside courtyard and patio and easy access to trails to walk our dog. The area was very quiet and we had no problem parking. Beautiful views!

We weren’t sure what to do with our keys upon departure, but we just left them where we found them and it didn’t seem to be a problem.

The living room is very spicous.

1- No AC, and it was really hot. But the host kindly provided a fan. But in day time, even fan was not good enough. 2- Toilet is extremely small, it is nearly the size of airplane toilet. 2nd totilet is actually not toilet, it is Hand wash & shower, no toilet.

- Sleeping area. The double bed on the left side is "broken". My wife had to go to sleep in the single bed in the second room for the last 3 nights. - The bathroom in the room is blind, small and with a strong stuffy smell. the bathroom with toilet is 1 m2, very small. - The owner had to activate the digital GAP CARD for us and it only arrived on the last day after our request. The tourist office told us that it is the owner who must forward the activation request or give it directly to the guests on paper, this has not been done and after few messages with the owner it was almost us who disturbed him

Really spacious apartment with a lovely garden area. Well furnished and very clean. Perfect amount of kitchen utensils and not cluttered. The host was very friendly and helpful

The location was about a 15 min walk from the centre of town so it was very quiet and peaceful.

Larger than we expected with a lovely garden area and it was spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen facilities were perfect. Little things like kitchen paper towels, washing up liquid and enough toilet paper and hair and body products meant we didn't have to go shopping for these items.

Great small house for families in an amazing location for skiing...

A cozy small independent house that is very good decorated. The rooms were very clean and includes all the essential equipments and utensils. Bathroom is also nice and there is even a small extra room next to it where you can store your luggage etc. You can park your car in front of the house and there is even a storage for your ski and gear.

There were no salt and pepper.

Wonderful skiing trip and I recommend Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Ferienwohnung Anna to others.

I liked everything: the location is excellent (just a short walk to the Hausberg ski lift and a 10 minute walk into town), the apartment is comfortable and spacious enough for 3 people, and the host was very friendly and accommodating.
