About this cottage rental
This cozy cottage is an economical getaway for a couple or a small family. Billings Spit Cottage offers the perfect base from which to explore the Sooke area with its walking, cycling, beachcombing opportunities. The Sooke River Potholes are not far away either. A family with bicycles could make the Sooke River Potholes a destination for the day. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people. The main bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a double pullout sofa. The well maintained gardens and lawn offer a nice space for an evening BBQ. Access to the beach is just steps away, 25 metres at the end of the street. Follow up your BBQ with a walk on the beach! This protected beach is an excellent place to launch a kayak.
Billings Spit Cottage is located about 5 minutes (3 km) from the town centre of Sooke BC.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
Guest must sign a Guest Agreement and return it to Island Vacation Homes Ltd before arrival. A credit card is required for a $500 (minimum) damage or excessive cleaning deposit. This is a temporary hold on the account and it expires after the guest's departure.
Check-in is 5pm. Check-out is 11am, except in high season when it is 10am

The charme of Tuscanny close to a bay of the Pacific Ocean is something special to enjoy in this house. On the other side it's really run down, same furniture like 5 years ago when we first spend a week there. Bathroom is very tiny. But, our dog loved the garden.
