This is the sister house to our VRBO 720196 listing, which we have been renting out successfully for 8 years! Check out our other listing to see our reviews. Our 1600 square foot waterfront home features an open concept layout with a master bedroom, separate kids bedroom, and a full bathroom on the main level, and a third bedroom and full bathroom on the lower level. Our home is tastefully appointed with gas fireplace, hardwood floors, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat screen television, front-loading washer and dryer, and barbeque. Located on the west side of Shawnigan Lake, our home features amazing vista water views, a large deck, and its own private dock for boating and swimming.
Minumum 3 night rental in May and June. Minimum 1 week rental from Saturday to Saturday in July and August. $500 per night plus 10% tax. $300 cleaning fee on stays less that 7 nights. Maximum 5 guests including children. Absolutely no smoking and no pets.

We had a great time. Property was excellent. Big dock for playing and swimming and owner had two child and two adult kayaks so added to the fun.
