About this apartment rental

Condo has been completely renovated with premium laminate and ceramic tile flooring. Master Bath was expanded and new tub/shower as well as new vanity was installed. Complete;y repainted from smooth surface ceilings to baseboards. New ceiling fans and lighting fixtures install through out condo. Kitchen upgraded with stainless steel appliances and new counter tops. Condo is located in a gated community with great green space which includes large swimming pool, tennis courts and playground area. Kitchen is well stocked with and assortment of pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc..

The apartment was very nice. Easy to find, close to many restaurants, convenient to Charleston downtown. The only problem was I did not realize there were so many steps to get to the door.The screened in porch was great for coffee and it overlooked a small pond where ducks and geese gathered.

Found everything we needed, kitchen adequately stocked. Towels were very luxurious. We loved everything about this place. Thank you Craig loved the snacks and drinks also!

We liked the fact that there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms for two older female friends traveling together…however, we arrived after dark and the premises were poorly lit. While there was
