Upstairs you’ll find:

The home is professionally furnished and designed for both short and mid-term stays, offering a balance of comfort and practicality.
Guest Access:
The entire house is yours to enjoy, offering privacy and the freedom to make yourself at home.
The Neighborhood:
Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.
No boats, trailers, or box trucks
Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement
For stays longer than 10 days, we kindly require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the home fresh, comfortable, and enjoyable throughout your visit.
The cost for this cleaning is the same as the standard cleaning fee and will be requested upon check-in. We’ll be happy to coordinate a date that works best for you to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
There's a Ring Video Camera located near the Front Door.
Other Things to Note:
NO PETS ALLOWED
Local Booking Policy
To maintain the comfort and security of our neighborhood, we require that the primary guest lives at least 40 miles from the property. Bookings from within a 40-mile radius are not accepted without prior written approval from the host.
A government-issued ID matching your profile address will be verified at the time of booking. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to hosting you! 😊
Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.

The home was nice overall as far as being clean inside and basically looking like the pictures. But there were issues that led my sister and I to decide not to stay there. The neighborhood wasn't what we expected. There was a lot of trash across the front of the house and neighboring yards. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and as the day went on the noisier it became. I'm very appreciative of the hosts that were able to find another property for us. I was hoping to be able to review that place which was perfect for us. Again I want to thank the hosts for being so helpful and accommodating.
