Nestled in the heart of North Charleston is The Marie. The Marie encompasses 5 generations of authentic low country living. Whether it's a girl's trip, bro's weekend, couples getaway, or family retreat, The Marie is where you want to be.
The Marie offers a mix of traditional, modern, and low country setting that offers comfort and privacy. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of downtown Charleston and escape to The Marie to relax after a busy day of shopping and eating.
The property encompasses space for up to 6 people comfortably and basic home amenities, television streaming (Netflix, Sling, Roku), and peace. Please be advised that local channels are only available via Sling. Central AC and ceiling fans are present. There are also a few baby amenities including high chair, play mat, baby wipe warmer, bottle cleaning rack, and travel crib. We're ready to host you.
We're located in the heart of North Charleston near interstate 26, Rivers Ave, and University Blvd. Close to shopping, recreation, grocery, and restaurants. Tanger Outlets, Amtrak, Airport, and Convention Center are approx 15 mins drive. Downtown historic Charleston is about 20 mins drive. Folly beach is approximately 22 miles away and Wannamaker water park is 8 mins away.
Note: Trash and recycling bins should be placed on the curb for collection no earlier than 8pm Tuesday night for Wednesday morning collection. If guest is staying at the residence thru Wednesday, please collect the bins by 6pm Wednesday and return them back to an open location next to the garage.
Pets are welcome, but be advised that there is a $65 pet fee for up to 2 dogs of medium size. Reservations will more than 2 pets will incur an additional $25 charge. Please take care to clean up after your little ones. Waste bags are provided to keep the yard clean.
By submitting a reservation, and upon subsequent approval by the host of the reservation, guest agrees to absolve host of all injury and property liabilities incurred on the property. Guests will be held responsible for all damage to the property. Email for Hourly/Dayuse Rates.

Perfect house for our stay. About 10-15 min drive to the Ice Palace (depending on time of day). Wonderful pet-friendly house and fenced-in backyard. Rooms were clean, towels and furnishings were plentiful. Internet is speedy. Nice that the host allows day guests, so we were able to have a teammate and parent hang out with us for a few hours one afternoon. The best part is that the host was so easy to communicate with and super responsive at all times. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little cottage. Very clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give a five is the internet kept going out. Otherwise, perfect!

This property is well kept and had everything that we needed. We appreciated the ability to do laundry, Roku TV in every bedroom, private backyard, and nice quiet neighborhood. It is close to the airport which was a plus for us. It is about a 30-45 minute drive to two very nice county beaches (Isle of Palms Beach and Folly Beach). We stayed in North Charleston because of proximity to a wedding we attended. After exploring Charleston and surrounding areas we would likely stay more south of Charleston if we visit again. I would recommend this property if you need to be in North Charleston.

Shrubs were overgrown . We could barely see the the beautiful flowers that were there. Patio furniture was not clean. On the inside either the lights worked or the fans worked but not both
