Would I stay here again? Absolutely. The property is very convenient to everything in Charleston. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The only downside is parking can be tight and trains run right behind property. However, this was actually a selling point for us, as we love the sound of trains.

The house was great, very simple and cozy. The parking is incredibly tight and small but other than that no complaints. You are about 20-25 minutes from mount pleasant, downtown Charleston, and all the beaches in Charleston which makes it nice not being right downtown. The owner does have a very strict refund and cancellation policy which is clearly stated but it is very strict so I would consider buying insurance.

The place had some issues that apparently they were unaware post storm, backyard sink hole, some flooring sagginess in laundry room and living room/hallway. Musty smell of water not ran frequently.
10pm noise ordance. No problems though.
