- No Pets:A $200 per pet fine applies if pets are found in the unit, along with charges for damages and additional cleaning.
- No Parties or Gatherings: Unregistered guests are not allowed on property.

There was a mix up on the parking situation but the host solved it quickly. The location was a little out of the way than what I thought but the Condo itself was great! No issues at all. Recommend this property to others.

Overall a good experience but the pictures of the place were deceiving and there was water damage in the ceiling and floors were buckling. Train runs right behind the place and parking is very tight. The place could use some TLC.

The place had some issues that apparently they were unaware post storm, backyard sink hole, some flooring sagginess in laundry room and living room/hallway. Musty smell of water not ran frequently.
10pm noise ordance. No problems though.
