The house was clean and lovely. The morning sunlight was wonderful to see. It is located near almost everything we could have wanted - restaurants, stores, etc. It is perfect for families as well as friends.
There were no night stands in the bedrooms; toilet paper in the upstairs bathroom was not very good. The kitchen was not well stocked in terms of glassware (there were only two (2) wine glasses when there were four of us. I would suggest buying sets of four - drinking glasses, wine glasses, old fashioned glasses.

Property was nice, spacious, and not to far away from Charleston or Folly Beach. Well decorated, beds were clean, we enjoyed our stay. We also appreciated that the owners allowed us to change our dates as our original dates we had booked we were not able to travel due to Hurricane Helene. That is good customer service right there rather so thank you to the owners.
Overall it was nice but there were some spots that could have been cleaned better. Instructions to operate the thermostats would have been nice. It also said we were supposed to take the trash away with us but with our luggage we had no room to take it and didn’t see a dumpster nearby. Neighborhood was quiet overall.
