Cosy cottage weekend in the New Forest.

Gorgeous, cosy cottage with a good stocked kitchen. Great location and we loved all the animals at the end of the garden.

We paid premium for the hot tub but struggled to use it much as the only access to it was through the bedroom where our baby was sleeping. We tried to sneak past but the door out is too heavy/loud when opening! It would be great if access was through the living area or bathroom for easy shower access.

Simply wonderful

Simply wonderful. I travelled with my partner and our young daughter for a weekend getaway. It exceeded expectations. The hosts, although not meeting them face to face, were contactable easily and kindly provided us with a high chair, 20 minutes after asking! Amazing. The whole accommodation is clean and spacious. The bedroom is really cosy and the bed was simply wonderful to sleep on (I just wish we fully enjoyed it as our little on kept waking us up!) The real selling point is the outside space. The hot tub was perfect and really warm. Everything you could want and more.

Only slight negative, and this is so small, was the TV channels. When we arrived, it said no signal on any of the channels. We did try scanning again for channels on multiple frequencies, but it was so hit and miss. This was the same for the bedroom. Again, not a major issue. You don't come for the TV. I was being selfish as it was Six Nations weekend! With the hot tub, is there any scope for some better roofing? Even though it's lovely and warm in there, the consistent rain dripping was a minor inconvenience.

Exceptional getaway

The interior was really nice. Lovely to see farm animals our son loved it. Hot was a nice touch.

The 2nd day there was no hot water and because there's no phone signal we could call to say anything. Would of been nice if there was a direct phone to call for something like this.

Lovely location, lovely accommodation

This was the perfect location for us travelling back from Gatwick airport for a 2 night stay. On our way home to Devon. The New Forest was just up the road, which was lovely to drive through. The hot tub was an added bonus

Excellent Cottage and can't wait to go back!

Fantastic facilities, everything you could need. The little farm was beautiful and our daughter loved petting the animals (Every day and night!). The hot tub was such a bonus. We loved staying here and would stay again. So clean, fresh and tidy.

The property was larger than expected, clean and well equipped. The owners were not intrusive but very kind and friendly. They gave us some freshly laid eggs too! No complaints at all and hope to return again 😁

Everything! Beautiful cottage, very clean and smart , hot tub was excellent, view was lovely with the donkeys ,horses and goats and not forgetting the chickens. Everyone was friendly . Lovely and relaxing few days stay . Highly recommend a stay .

A perfect location, very calming watching the goats from the Hot tub

Fabulous location, overlooking fields at the back with Goats , which was lovely to watch. Thery also had donkeys in the field opposite. The cottage had a private hot tub overlooking the fields at the back which was really peaceful and a superb outlook. Very handy location, being close to Ringwood but close to the New Forest and Poole Park all within easy driving distance.

The turn into the accommodation is quite a tight turn from a busy road

Location was perfect as was our stay. And so great to have Goats etc as our view. Meeting them was the icing on the cake....

There could have been a better cover over the hot tub area, it was in need of replacing and did not have the fairy light working other apartments had which was disappointing. Just needs the area to be as special as the inside.

Perfect start to the summer holidays.

As per usual the property was clean and well equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay. The hot tub was clean and ready to use when we arrived. The goats, ponies and foal make for great evening entertainment!

The drive into the property is rather bumpy which is not great for a very low car and could do with resurfacing but we weaved our way through it.

Location wasn't great if you wanted to go for a walk from the property as there's a very busy road that you need to cross. We did cross the road and go for a walk, so it is doable

Lovely large and clean cottage with the added bonus of a hot tub to relax in. Comfy bed and plenty of sofa space. Secure safe parking for the car which was right outside the cottage. Friendly staff who were around if you needed them but left you to enjoy the peace otherwise.

Very well equipped cottage with hot tub. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Great location for lakes, forest and beach.

Good farm for a family stay

Amazing hosts , we enjoyed the stay in spite of bad weather , there was a nice lake trail opposite to the farm . Special thanks to Martin for letting kids feed the goats , they loved it . Farm was within 20 mins drive to most locations like Bournemouth beach , kids adventure parks and bike trails in New Forest

The cottage was beautiful with excellent facilities. Quiet and we had lots of space despite other cottages being on the property we had lots of privacy. The animals on the property are adorable and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! It's ideally located to explore the New Forest.

Lovely, relaxing getaway in tranquil setting

The cottage was cozy and warm and had great, modern furnishings. Clean crisp linens, great beds, and everything was clearly organized. The hosts were prompt and responsive. The views overlooking the pasture were very picturesque. The feminine products were an extra sweet touch. The hot tub was amazing, though we did have to watch out for rain. All in all, very thoughtful, lovely stay. We left feeling very rested.

Would have been great to receive instructions about check-in earlier-- we had to call the number on the listing which wasn't correct, but that person gave us the right number. Once we had the right number, it was smooth sailing. The hosts were prompt and responsive to any issues or questions.

The cottage was beautiful, the hot tub was amazing and the farm animals out back were a big hit with the baby! We took a day trip to Bournemouth beach which was only a 20 minute drive and on Sunday we took a long walk through the forest to the Alice Isle Pub for a roast dinner which was lovely.

The only problem we had, which was in no way the properties fault, was that to get to the forest walk or local shop, you had to walk out of the property and straight onto a main road with no side walk which was abit scary with a baby in a pram as the cars do speed round the bend. However with some good timing, safely over the road and through the gate, the forest walk was beautiful.

Lovely comfortable accommodation. Well equipped and very clean. Great location for visiting the local areas. Had a fabulous time cycling through the new forrest. Loved the donkeys and goats. Hot tub was a bonus. All in all highley recommend :)
