Cosy, clean, well equipped. Nice touch with gifted essentials. Loved the hot tub and robes for everyone. Beds comfy and the shower was amazing. We stayed in the Shire Cottage.

The cottage was cute and the donkeys were lovely. The rainfall shower and under floor heating were fab. Decor lovely also.
Things like olive oil to cook with weren’t provided which in other reviews it said they would be. All crockery and glasses were dirty and we had to wash before we used them. The single beds were very uncomfortable. There is only a mirror in the bathroom and one in the main bedroom. Not good when you have 4 girls all wanting to dry their hair, no plug socket next to mirror either so we moved it and dried hair in the dining area. Hot tub was lovely, we enjoyed it, just a shame it overlooks the car park and not the lovely field view.
