Carefully designed 2 bedroom cottage is a perfect base for shopping, eating out, exploring the New Forest and the local beaches. Located in the centre of Ringwood, close to Bournemouth and Salisbury and a host of nearby attractions, our space is great for a stay-cation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families.

Lovely cottage, spacious open plan living area and two well equipped bedrooms.Beds very comfortable with good quality bedding and a lovely bathroom with walk in shower.Enjoyed our stay, would recommend

Really nice property with everything we needed for a long weekend. Across the road from Railway Pub which served delicious Korean chicken. Pretty walk alongside river into town and just 15 mins by car to coast or into New Forest.

The cottage was well appointed and clearly had been renovated to a very high standard. But whoever has been contracted to maintain and clean have not been doing there job properly. We found cobwebs on the windows the garden area was overgrown and unkempt but the main issue was the bedrooms which both had a smell the small bedroom had no mattress protector and the foam pillows and quilt both had a nasty smell and the mattress had a large stain the front bedroom had the same problem with the bedding although the sheets and pillowcases were clean the quilts and pillows smelled so much they needed laundering or replacing. We left a day early because we couldn’t wait to get into a clean fresh bed .A great let down for what should of been a pleasant stay.

Pretty nicely-decorated cottage close to the New Forest, Stonehenge and coast. The interior is modern and comfortable, with a good-sized bright kitchen. It was a perfect central location for our daily outings. It's located at the edge of an business park in a row of cottages, so wouldn't suit anyone looking for countryside views. But it is tucked away in a corner, with shrubs around, and it suited us very well. Parking in front.

Had a lovely stay. The cottage was spotless, and very well equipped. The little garden was cute. It was a great location too. Dexter, our dog was very settled there.

Took us a little time to locate the property as it is tucked away inside a car parking area for local business. The property was clean and well presented and the kitchen had everything we needed. Heating and shower were easy to control. While the property has a small garden it is not situated in a particularly attractive area but is private. However the property is well placed to explore the surrounding area and has plenty of shops close by. We enjoyed our few days away based at the property.

I have to say this cottage is amazing, very high standard of cleanliness beds comfortable . Very near to shops restaurants and pubs. Would not hesitate to stay there again first class thank you .

The cottage is really lovely, beautifully decorated with everything you could need. Although it appears to be adjacent to an industrial estate, please disregard this- its previous life was a railwaymans cottage so it is in its natural position. It is very quiet with own parking, easy walking distance into town for takeaways, restaurants and coffee shops. Three slight points-there is no lock on bathroom/toilet door (OK if just as a couple), shower vent very dusty and needs a vacuum and recommend you take your own anti slip mat for shower area as not one supplied. Fabulous stay though and intend to return. Delightful. Thank you

Beautiful property, really well decorated/styled and all amentities & more you might need. It was spotlessly clean and tidy. Ideal for exploring Christchurch/Southbourne AND New Forest. Great weekend, thank you.

Property is in the middle of a trading estate, so first impressions upon approach are not good. We almost went to find an alternative hotel. Garden shrubs are over grown in both gardens making the tiny gardens even smaller. Front garden gate does not open so you can’t use front garden bench either. Be aware that the property owner frequently comes to and fro to a lock up/ garage at bottom of garden passing past kitchen window which has no blind or curtain. If you’re in the garden you have no privacy. On a positive note lovely large bathroom but shower doesn’t have a bath mat, so be careful. Kitchen was also spacious and modern but could do with a few more cooking and storage dishes.

Really enjoyed our stay at Stag. On the outside it looks small but it is really spacious inside and plenty of room for us all and our dogs. Nicely decorated with everything you need for a break away. Location is great - 5 mins to a lovely green space for the dogs and 20-30 mins to Lyndhurst and the beaches of Dorset!
