Good location for walking into Ringwood, the Lakes or the forest.

The sauna was a fantastic bonus. Worked a dream after a long walk!

An occasional table in front room would be handy for drinks. I did try to hoover before leaving but it didn’t appear to pick up very well.

Lovely, clean property with a modern interior and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay.

It's a lovely, clean property, the heating was on so it was warm when we arrived which was welcoming on such a cold day. The kitchen is modern and the living space is comfortable. The property is close to the local Elm Tree pub so we wandered over to the pub in the evening for dinner and drinks after a hard day of work. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well.

Only white sugar, no brown sugar for coffee.

Not recommended at all

The decor is good

The draft and letter box tapping from the wind. Shower constantly dripping. Beds are awful and just not comfortable and to low.the place is to cold and the drain pipe is dripping to. No communication skills . A lot needs to be done here.

Uncomfortable and poor sleep

Wonderful modern kitchen which was well equipped. Comfortable sitting room.

Beds were uncomfortable particularly the day bed in the rear bedroom which had a very thin mattress. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Front bedroom suffers from traffic noise from 6.00 am onwards. Shower valve had a bad leak to one side and was dripping all night. We decided to leave after just one night.

Pleasant and would stay again

The house was clean, spacious, and very well equipped, making our stay comfortable and easy. The welcome book was both helpful and charming, adding a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home.

The house is a standard rental on a housing estate and served its purpose, though the price felt a little high for what was offered. Some areas show wear and tear, and the windows could be improved, especially given the noise from the road. It gets quite warm inside, so having fans available would make a big difference, as opening the windows isn’t ideal. The rain shower unfortunately didn’t work, and the freezer was completely frosted over, which made it difficult to use. The beds and pillows are quite basic and could be upgraded for more comfort. Overall, it worked as a base, but with a few improvements it could offer much better value.

The property was finished to a high standard and we really liked the aesthetic. It has everything you could need for a short stay like ours. Very clean, very well presented. The bed was really comfortable. It felt very cosy and homely. If we’re in the area again we will stay here.

Good modernised property and, although not perfect, a good value stay overall.

Extremely clean and well provisioned. Newly decorated. Modern with very nice bathroom and kitchen. All very up and together. Warm and comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Beds okay - but not feather pillows or duvets.

No private parking - parking is off-site on a side road. The house is on a main and busy road - quiet at night, but front bedroom quite noisy in the morning. Steep and narrow stairs and small landing outside one bedroom. Owners inflexible on minor check in and check out change requests, although they had no back to back bookings. Towels very small but clean.
