Nệm êm, sạch sẽ, vị trí ở khu quy hoạch mới nên yên tĩnh dù cũng rất gần trung tâm, lễ tân siu nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ tới bến. Vườn ks như quán cafe rất chill.
Ko có thang máy nhưng ks chỉ có 2 lầu nên ko vấn đề gì, cầu thang thoải dễ đi.

Nhân viên thân thiện, làm rất tốt nhưng vì quá ít nhân viên nên chưa được như kỳ vọng
Phòng quá kín và bí, không có đủ nhân viên, tiếp tân và buồng phòng chỉ 1 người rất vất vả, dù phục vụ rất tốt nhưng không thể được như các khách sạn khác tôi từng lưu trú như Nhật Vy ở Đà Lạt hay ks ở Vũng Tàu
