positive: 1. The price is very okay with a strategic location, close to win mart and K mart, to dalat night market can be walked only 1km away 2. The staff is very kind, helping to lift the suitcase to the 3rd floor, providing motorcycle rental at a very affordable price, for the type of motorcycle I rented at that time the price was 100k vnd, the owner is very flexible and understanding is not complicated, I am confused by people's reviews while my experience is good. 3. Very complete facilities: hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste, soap and shampoo, towel, slippers, refrigerator, and there are 3 lights in the room that you can adjust which light you want, water heater works well, tissue is also available 4. I request to borrow an iron and need a room with a standing mirror, they provide the request accordingly negative : Because I don't have a Vietnam number, I can't contact the staff with the number provided in the lobby if there is a problem or something to ask, because the staff is not on standby, so for those of you who check in at night and are not Vietnamese citizens, please write it down in the notes booking so that the staff can know what time you arrive, and you don't wait until morning, but the staff will always help well

Facilities: it has two beds with kiddie beddings which we love. Its has mirrors, toiletries, spacious private bath and toilet, hot and cold shower, ref, hair dryer, closet with hanger, vanity table, kettle, windows, and a balcony. Location: very near interesting food choices, walking distance to the market, lake and several temples. We love walking in the morning. The nearby party night scene can be loud bec its in the city center and the window part of our room is overlooking the lake area, albeit there is an area being excavated. But we enjoyed the Vietnamese music, its fun 😅 Staff: very helpful and accommodating. Room condition: clean, airy, spacious and the window view is refreshing. Pros: affordable and worth the money. Needs improvement: hope they have WhatsApp for foreigners convenience to contact them.

The staff is really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in the city center so it's convenient and safe. You can even walk at night from the night market.

I have a toy poodle puppy, that is why i chose this hotel. There is no front desk at all. No one to help the people when they want to check out and retrieve ID for renting bikes, no one to help you at all unless the family is there. Not helpful at all, the hotel is old and dreary, dirty and not well maintained. I had planned on staying 3 weeks Dalat, but I returned home to Nha Trang after only 4 days in terrible accomadations. When i complained, the lady said she would cancel the remaining days and issue refund as long as i didnt say how awful my stay was. HORRIBLE! There were little bugs all over the counters, the sheet was a dark grey which you could not see if was clean and window opened to a brick wall. This place ruined my holiday and i would not recommend, even for the price. It is located by Marts for easy purchases, but thats it. The family is rude and dismissive of the guests. Should not be listed as an option.
