    The price was really good. The room was clean. Staff was nice but you have to haggle with them to get a good price. For example, we wanted to check in 3 hours early but the staff wanted to charge us about an extra half day stay. We had to negotiate a lower price. Same thing with motor bike rental. They wanted to charge 50% more than the standard rate. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature.

    Great location just around the corner from night market. Lots of stores around selling cheap clothes, trainers etc. places to eat. staff always said hello when walking out/ in- although no conversations made beyond that. The room itself is a great size with window and lovey view, wardrobe, comfy big bed, hot water, fridge and shower gel, water provided on first day. On closer look however this place does need a good deep clean, the shower gel/ shampoo canisters either need replacing or a good scrub. No air con but didn’t need it due to weather not being hot so room temp was fine. There is a fan provided. The bedding and towel were fresh and clean which is most important. Comfy bed. Water provided upon arrival and there is a water refill in downstairs reception/ kitchen area. No one came in to clean or brush floors but I was only there 3 nights. I had a nice quiet stay here until the last night when guests who arrived to the room next door played their music loud until late then in the morning, had friends round in their room and sounded like a party (not hotels fault) but Hotel should remind or have notice in rooms for guests to keep noise down out of respect to others staying. Luckily it was only my last night. Overall this is a bargain at £10.30 per night and I would stay again.

    Positive; Location, size of room, big wardrobe, elevator. Negative, No safe in room but it said so in Agodas description of the room. Had to have everything important on me all the time during 4 days. The first room 503 had a very big window, 6,5 feet high and 5,5 feet wide, that was facing the stairs inside the hotel which had lights on the whole night Since there were no curtain nor blinders it was like having a car parked with the headlights on during the whole night. Really terrible. See pics In bed we felt something hard under the sheet in the area where we had our feets. It was like 2 inches wide and round. It was very uncomfortable. The day after we had to see what it was I submit a photo and cleaning staff said it "couldnt be processed" ????? Also we saw red stains of something.... We demanded to be moved to another room. Room 404 was much better and had good waterpressure in the shower. The heater did a good job. Had a good fan in room. You dont need AC during nights in Dalat. We moved to room 404
