Great location in the old center of Brasov just next to Black Church. Communication with host was very easy and checkin process was rather easy as well. Clean studio with a large bedroom, comfy beds, warm for a cold whether. Bathroom clean with a lot of consumables. Kitchen small but covering needs for a short stay.

The bathroom gets some bad smell sometime when using the fan but nothing too bathering

mi-a placut ca este bine pozitionata, este langa biserica Neagra. Camera este mare, in bucatarie ai tot ce iti trebuie. Aragaz, frigider, cuptor cu microunde. Baia este buna. Este un apartament şic. Plus ca am fost întâmpinată cu un cadou.

Am o rugaminte catre proprietari şi catre cei care închiriază. Pe turişti îi rog să lase curate tacâmurile şi farfuriile pe care le folosesc. Sa nu le găsim, cei care venim după ei, sleite. Să ţi se facă silă să pui mâna pe o farfurie. Nu-ţi vine nici să le cureţi tu pentru că îţi vine să vomiţi doar când pui mâna pe farfurii. Îţi mulţumeşti că ai fost inspirată să-ţi iei tacâmuri de acasă şi că ai găsit o cană curată, singura pe care am folosit-o. Iar pe proprietari îi rog să verifice dacă vesela a fost lasată curată şi dacă nu este curaţă să ia măsuri în consecinţă. Multumesc!

I liked the fact that the apartment was located near center, that they had clean towels and sheets.

I didn't like the musty smell of mould, the mould and the spiderwebs in the bathroom and the noisy neighbours playing music all day long, even during rest hours.
