Fantastic stay with beautiful views will definitely stay again

It may have been overlooked .. There was no toilet paper, bin bags or welcome pack explaining where to put recycling. Main bin outside kitchen but was padlocked.

We felt that Covid had been used as an excuse to reduce service
The location was good, a short walk in to town and very close to a great little pizza place. Showers in bathroom were good too.
Having stayed in other places during the pandemic we were surprised that this place had chosen not to provide towels. No information provided about local area, other accommodation we have stayed in have taken time to laminate information to make it wipeable for easy cleaning. No welcome pack at all - and not a cheap flat to rent. We would not return to this accommodation. Also we felt bombarded with messages constantly reminding us about the changes to arrival and leaving times. We had to be out by 0900 and could not check in before 7pm. We received many many messages telling us this.
