very disappointing and will be requesting a form of refund.
location very central.
The fact there was a car on the drive and not removed until 2 hours after check in. Upon arrival no water, eventually found stop cock and turned water on. This resulted in no hot water. Didn't have time for all guests to shower before evening meal booked. House was freezing on arrival, floors we and slippy. No batteries in remote for kitchen tv. Reported water issue to Sykes, promised a call within the hour, no call received.

Perfect location
The location was spot on and close to all amenities. The accommodation was perfect and big enough for our family. It was clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed.
It was a little tired in places. It was a bit noisy at night due to the bar across the road.

The space was great and we'll presented
The location was not suitable for families, the bar opposite was noisy till 2am every night. We saw several fights outside the house, and didn't feel safe. There was damp in almost every room and there was no hot water for half of our stay.
