This property could be so much better .
Water reach is a fantastic location for Abersoch if you don’t mind tractors and boats coming and going on days were the weather is lovely . You are staying in a boat yard . Accommodation is spacious and bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and clean . Outside space was lovely .
The main shower was leaking badly , the lounge sofas are looking really tired and a-bit dirty and really not that comfortable, not a cosy room at all . The cooking pans really changing as all the non stick had come off . Light fixtures and bathrooms fans were full of dirt and dust . Also the exit of the property , cleaners sat outside the property 20 minutes before we needed to exit and it felt rushed and under pressure. Also the recycling bins need cleaning as they did smell and they are located under the lounge window . Nice property but does need some more thought and attention to detail . As somebody who comes to Abersoch 3-4 times a year not sure I would return .

Location and close proximity to the centre and beach
Would be better if ensuite was in the attic room so more self contained. Also no washing line which was a nuisance trying to dry wet suits and beach towels
