Location was very good.
Communication via Sykes Cottages was bad. I asked 2 simple questions twice and didn't get any answers.
In the property , we knew there were no towels , but it might have been a nice touch to provide a hand towel in each bathroom.

The spacious accommodation, quiet area, excellent outlook, well equipped, clean, plenty of hot water and generally a comfortable set-up.
The lack of shared social space – lounge and dining seating – which would be particularly problematic with full occupancy. There was no information pack re local facilities – medical basics, shops, restaurants etc. etc.
The small rear garden seems an afterthought and was not really a usable space.
