Traditional, tasteful renovation of old hillside building with fantastic views over the Monghidoro valley. Four large bedrooms on the upper two floors with large well appointed bathrooms on each floor. Ground floor with separate loo, lounge, kitchen and dining room area.
Outside, a covered veranda with a table seating 8 very comfortably which was the preferred eating space, good basic barbeque which could be moved to assist with smoke management within the spacious garden. Additional table and seating area in garden, excellent for late evening drinks and watching the fireflies while studying the stars as there is hardly any ambient light pollution.
Apart from the noise of agriculture and the sounds of nature almost complete silence. Serendipidity; you can find delightful peace there.
Venus rises over the horizon just after 4am, the sun follows a few minutes after 6, there's no need for an alarm clock here, the birds are full of song from 4:45 and provide a delightful start to the day if you leave your windows open.
Glorious views across the hillside where you can follow the progression of haymaking and harvesting on the steep terrain. Overall, fantastic in every way.
