The cleanliness.
Location.
It was mostly quiet, too, when other guests were quiet. No sound isolation, but there was no noise from the street, it’s very calm area.
A kitchenette, very basic but functioning.
Small and dark room (ground floor, room nr 2), good enough to come and sleep but I would not choose it if I come here to have a vacation.

Very nice and clean apartments. Everything was good. Has a small shadow garden. Whether was very hot, but air condition was very good and enough to save rooms chill. There are saves (lockers) in the rooms. The owner speaks English good.
A feature of the ground-floor studio is the kitchen on the balcony.

We got exactly what we wanted and expected. The apartment is clean, bedroom is divided from kitchen, the air condition was working well, even though there wasn't always a need for it. The room is well placed so that it doesn't get too warm. The host was very nice and kind to us, we got towels replaced several times.
And also, WIFI signal was great, no issues there.
The only thing I could possibly add here might be the beds, which are short.
