The room was exceptionally clean and recently renovated, making our stay extremely pleasent. Oana and her parents were perfect hosts doing everything for us to feel welcome. There is a parking space right in front of the building. Bonus points for celaning the room and giving us fresh towles every 2 days :)

Comfortable and well-designed space close to the centrr

- Close to the center. - Very clean. - We had someone clean the room every second day. - Well-equipped kitchen. - Cute garden. - Comfortable bed. - Parking space in front of the building.

- The road is not paved, so there’s too much dust. - Toilet seat too tall (I’m 165cm).

Everything was great. Very clean room, super comfortable bed, close to the beach and very quiet. The very kind and well prepared hosts helped us with recommendations for beaches and taverns. We will definitely come back.

The place, rooms, people, atmosphere and everything was wonderful. Excellent service and incredible hospitality. Moreover the owner of the rooms created a special list of the best beautiful beaches and restaurants nearby our location with recommendation from her local side. I definitely recommend Varka rooms as perfect family hotel.

Hospitality at its best

Great location close to the center of Nikiti. Professional management, lovely owners who have an eye for nice design. Attention to details all over the place. Cold beer in the fridge when arrived. Nothing more to ask for. See you soon again.

I must say the hospitality of this stay was outstanding. The owners went above and beyond. The apartment was stunning, and in a fabulous location. Exceptionally clean, lovely welcome, beautiful garden and surroundings. You can really tell how well cared for these apartments are. The attention to detail was great. The help from the hosts was the best we have ever had, and I can't thank you both enough. You are so genuine, kind and very caring. Everything honestly was amazing! Well done on your beautiful apartments. we will return!

Exceptional

The property is brand new and everything in the studio is modern, comfortable and extremely clean(especially the memory foam pillows and the mattress and the fashionable bath). It is in 2 minutes walking distance from the centre, but at the same time at quite spot and there is parking space just in front of the building. The owners Adrian and his wife are very kind and always ready to respond to the customer's needs. We really enjoyed our stay there and definitely recommend it to our friends and visit again if travelling in this direction!

Tesis ile Oana Hanım ilgileniyor ve her konuda hemen yardımcı oluyor. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Oda içinde bulunan imkanlar yeterli. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli. Hemen her şey düşünülmüş. Aracımızı konakladığımız odamızın karşısındaki boş araziye park ettik ve park yeri sorunu yaşamadık. Balkon keyifli vakit geçirmek, günün yorgunluğunu atmak için iyi bir alternatif.

Ottimo appartamento ed ottima accoglienza

Appartamento nuovo, curato e pulito. Oste molto simpatica e disponibile a dare indicazioni utili al soggiorno (spiagge, ristoranti, tuor, ecc...). Posizione ottima, vicina al centro, ma fuori dal traffico. Parcheggio comodo di fronte alla struttura. Molto consigliato.

Cea mai frumoasă vacanță la Nikiti!!!

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult șederea la Varka Rooms. Camera era curată, comodă și amenajată cu gust. Condițiile au fost excelente, iar totul a fost exact cum mi-am dorit pentru o vacanță relaxantă. Proprietarii foate amabil și au fost un ghid turistic pentru noi pe toată perioada. Ne-au îndrumat pas cu pas pentru a avea o vacanță foarte interesantă. Recomand cu încredere!!!
