Right next to the beach

Right spot for those looking for a place near the beach. George is a wonderful host. The garden is gorgeous, the room is just enough. Balcony with nice view in the garden, although you cannot see the see from 1st floor, only second. Good value for money. Clean.

I don't have nothing negative to add. I mean, it depends on one's expectations. We wished a good clean not so expensive room near the beach, and this is what we got.

Everything advertised was present. The host was prompt to replay, the cleaning lady was doing a good job.

Very well situated place close to the beach. Despite the fact that there are many tourist lodges nearby, the apartment can be felt private. The apartments are clean and have everything you need. I was extremely surprised by the great care and hospitality of the hosts. They were very nice and helpful whenever there was a need

Great location and great beach in front of the apartment. The apartment is comfortable, clean and tidy. Although we love the surrounding beaches of Sithonia the beach in front of the apartment is really beautiful. I recommend it to everyone.

The property is located right there on the beach you have an amazing garden looking to the beach. Waking up early for a swim which takes 2 minutes is an amazing feeling.

Very nice for a family

the host was brilliant, kind, welcoming, warm, available and veryhelpful. The garden ist very nice for the kids and the adults also. There is some work to do with the bathroom but Otherwise the staff is very nice, the apartments are by the sea and it's great for a family. The appartements are simple and sweet :) it will be nice to have some toys for the kids in the garden.

Pleasant and friendly host always ready to help. Very good location, with nice garden. Beach loungers available to use on local beach. Grill and outdoor shower with hot water was helpfull. Will go there again for sure.

The location is excellent. 50m from the beach and 100m to the closest restaurant. You don't have to take the car except for shopping in the super market. George is a very helpful host and really polite. The room was neat and clean. We really enjoyed our staying there although it was only for 1 night.. We will definitely return!

Lokacija je odlična, odmah pored mora gde su i plaža i more prelepi. Ambijent je odličan, osećali smo se kao da smo kod kuće, prelepo dvorište , mirno je za spavanje. Domaćin je gostoprimiv i uvek ju tu da pomogne ako nešto treba. Sve pohvale, bilo je više od očekivanja.

Locația este foarte aproape de plajă. Adâncimea apei este f bună pentru copii. Nikiti este un orășel linistit potrivit pt familii cu copii. Apartamentul deși este la ultimul etaj nu este călduros, nu bate soarele

La posizione, la cortesia e la disponibilità dell'host, oltre ai servizi di pulizia e cambio lenzuola e asciugami durante il soggiorno seppur breve (6 gg).

purtroppo durante il nostro periodo di vacanza c'erano dei problemi con la fognatura e nel bagno vi era spesso un'aria poco sopportabile. Il fatto di non poter gettare la carta igienica dentro il wc di certo non ha reso efficiente il servizio bagno. Suggerimento: sostituire la tenda della doccia con un box doccia sicuramente più agevole nello spazio a disposizione.
